PERSONAL MARKERS / GOALS

Back in April we pledged some personal markers/goals.

My personal marker 1 was : to do 180 minutes exercise a week, be it running, swimming, badminton or whatever.

Apart from 1 week in April when we had workmen in I managed that.

My personal marker 2 was: to build up stamina to do parkrun without stopping before my daughter’s 35th birthday, which I managed on Saturday, her birthday weekend.

So pleased I managed that😌

My personal marker 3 which is a bit more long term: to reduce my midriff. I’m still working on that one 😂

How is everyone doing with their PMs/Goals?

It really gave me something to focus on.

Brilliant progress and very well done completing that parkrun non-stop. With that exercise regime I think you will have little issue getting to PM3. Keep up the great work.

I can still do 0 sit-ups! Most running days I have got my activity over an hour though... not true of the non running days at the moment, but it will come.

Would you like your goal 2 badge to go next to your name? Well done you have made some great strides there. Great news on your Park run too. Rfc x
