W7 coming - Lots of health improvements along the way!

It was a long time coming and needed for me. But C25K coupled with a new sensible diet and Swimming\Cycling have really helped by lose weight. I am actually back in my healthy zone now. My Blood Pressure is normal and going in to optimal - and to think the Doc was asking if I wanted to start BP medication at the start of all this. I told him to give me 12 weeks to change myself around. So now I am now 6 weeks in - and can't wait for the next Doc appointment and to show her the turn around ..... :-) - (and none of this has cost a lot to do - just a mindset change ....!)

P.S. - First person at work asked "have you lost weight?" today - that felt very rewarding ....
