Think I have pudendal neuralgia. Ways to exercise with pelvic pain?
I've heard
swimming
is a good form of exercise for PN, however not possible with
swimming
pools closed at the moment. I hope to give it a try when they reopen. I also am not a good swimmer though so may need some lessons. Not sure if they arrange adult lessons for people with chronic pain..

Help
So earlier today I went
swimming
on this lake and the water was super deep so I accidentally had water go up my nose.

Just keep swimming
Ugh anxiety will not win today. I’m tired of being a hermit crab! I wanna go out and do stuff. Even if it’s sitting outside in the sun. Today I woke up knowing how anxiety has made me feel for the past few weeks and forced myself outside for a few minutes. Been up moving around a bit.. but taking it

And we did see a pair of swans, the male
swimming
up and down on watch and the female was just a head sticking up from the rushes so probably on a nest so that was cool.

Week 9 Run 3 Done 😃🎉🥳
I definitely want to keep this up even after the
swimming
pools reopen. Hope everyone is doing good. This forum has a real positive vibe and such a good place to come for support, advice, hear about everyone else's C25K journeys. Anyone thinking about doing this plan just get out there and do it.

Swimming to maintain fitness during hot weather?
Is there a rough equivalent in
swimming
of e.g. a 5k, 10k etc. run, or is it more e.g. 30 min
swimming
= 30 min run? Curious to see if anyone else is mixing in other activities! :)

They wouldn’t win a synchronised

Pilates,
swimming
and walking were the only exercises I could handle. Some days I would have to drag myself to Pilates but by the time I left I felt fantastic. My doctor believes Pilates was essential to protecting my bones which I reversed osteopena!! Hire a nutritionist if you can!

Ibrutinib and Swimming
Will be asking my MD, but wondering if anyone has experience with this. Just started ibrutinib, is it safe to swim in my backyard pool?

Time to stop
,I used to go
swimming
most days so until they reopen I’m going to walk myself fit . I’m hoping by joining the group I’ll stay motivated and not give in after the first day. I really need support. I love vegetables so that’s a good thing.

No Leg now
I have a
swimming
leg and a brand new custom made leg that I don’t think I’ll ever wear again! Only $11 thousand! I’m so tired my friends! If I can’t get myself a leg due to damaged bones because of bad care! Oh let me say Most of NY goes to this place! It’s great a very reputable place!

OMG! 25 minutes!
I've hated running since school days but lockdown forced me out of the
swimming
pool and to invest in a semi-decent pair of running shoes. After a false start in week 1, when in going to quickly I knackered my calf muscle, here I am! Officially a runner it seems 😀 Who would have thought it?

Week 7 Run 2 shambling continues!
I must admit the first bit of the run my inner critic mocked and we discussed
swimming
v running then the remainder of the run I seemed to be supported by some pigeons.
