OMG I just finished week 6 run 3!! ๐ฑ
I never thought I would be running non-stop for 25 minutes a couple of months ago. I've hated running since school days but lockdown forced me out of the swimming pool and to invest in a semi-decent pair of running shoes. After a false start in week 1, when in going to quickly I knackered my calf muscle, here I am! Officially a runner it seems ๐
