So earlier today I went swimming on this lake and the water was super deep so I accidentally had water go up my nose. I didn’t think much of it but later on I searched on google why it hurts when you get water up your nose and there was this article that said you could get brain eating bacteria when water goes up your nose and now I’m freaking out

Water goes up my nose every time I swim lol don’t go on google cause it’s gonna stress you out

Have is ever gone up your nose on freshwater like rivers etc.? And you right this past month I’ve been searching every little thing on google and it’s destroyed me

When it comes to anxiety and self diagnosing I truly wish Google didn’t exist.

If everyone who got water up their nose whilst swimming got a flesh eating virus there would only be around 3 billion people in the world rather than 7! You have got more chance of winning the lottery or being in a plane crash.

This is health anxiety and I wonder if you are seeking treatment for it?

No I ain’t seeking treatment for it because this health anxiety thing only recently showed up in my life and I was seeming to be recovering from it, this thing kinda sent me back though
