That would finish me off I'm afraid.. Brrrr. No way. hope you enjoyed, not for the fainthearted, and like me with Severe COPD.
I prefer warm air around me as the cold especially freezing would affect my breathing drastically. Another big factor is I cannot swim lol xx.Sheila ππππ
Molly, like Sadie, loves a good swim. She jumped in and went right under last week. We have to keep a long lead on her or sheβs after the birds, ducks or swans. Too cold for me though. Love the smile on her face. π₯°
She was quite taken by surprise when I got in with her was so very cold but loved it ...I feel for you Molly chasing and loving the wildlife a bit too much ...she's acting on her natural instinct... I have trained herself to stop and drop anything she shouldn't have dead rabbits etc ... She was kangaroo hopping through the woods lately and landed on a well hidden pheasant... she got the shock of her life as did the pheasant πππ
I think they like the chase more than the captureπ€£π€£. We suffer from not having Molly as a pup. Even the βexpertsβ havenβt been able to stop her following her instincts. At nearly 10, we think, sheβs getting better as long as she has her ball. So nice to swim together though β€οΈ
Apologies if you thought I was being facetious, nowt like a bot o` Yorkshire humour on a bright sunny morning when you have work to do. I`d better get cracking.
Perhaps the emoji at the end. Although I have to admit I haven`t got my specs on so it possibly not what I thought it was. And now, I must get back to work. Have a good day, either in or out of the water, Chris.π
What a brilliant photo to brighten up our day. Very brave of you to go in (reminds me of my daughter in law who went lake swimming for charity on a chilly April day. The team she swam with was called The Blue Tits! - for obvious reasons!!π).
We have a swimming team here they dip early morning at Calshot beach β±οΈ...your daughter in law is to be commended she's brave .... Cuddles given love and hugs π«
hello just asking do you have a lung disease and did the cold water not effect you ? Itβs something I would love to do but not sure if body could cope with it π
I'm stage 4 copd ... it makes me feel quite vibrant to be honest but I do it regularly when the warmer weather is here ...I was in for around 20 mins maybe less ... I have been doing it a long time ... slow steps to begin with but please be careful if you do try it as in having someone with you ...if you do it enjoy π₯°
