Hi everyoneI'm in my 7th week of this flare up.
I was given Antibiotics after 3 weeks, and they did seem to help.
Also followed the low fibre diet for 1 month.
Bowel movements are now back to normal, I'm re-introducing fibre slowly and keeping a daily diary. Yesterday strawberries which I'm thinking will need to be avoided.
My question is does anyone get the pain and bloating when working hard.
Yesterday I tried swimming again, ended up doing loads of housework/gardening and by 4pm had to lie down.
Today the left side feels inflamed again.
The last flare cleared up after 6 weeks, this I wonder was just lucky.
I'm sorry for all the stories I read on here, a lot of which are far worse.
