I am new to this community.
I have had chronic back pain for almost 3 years now. In the first 2 years, the pain was everywhere but after commuting to swimming and doing a lot of stretches the pain is gone.
However, there is one sharp pain that keeps coming back whenever I drive on speed bumps. or lift a weight above 10 kgs, I have this pain in the lumbar region ( I was before diagnosed with Schmorl's nodes but as you may know normally they are not symptomatic).
Has anyone of you experienced similar pain or the cause of the pain? Any advice I appreciate!!
