Has anyone experienced INR fluctuations while holidaying in the Mediterranean?
I am in Greece, different climate, different food,
swimming
etc. I will have my INR checked on Monday and wondering how much it will be different. Apart from food and drink, I read somewhere that vitamin D can influence INR. What has been your experiences?

Been given the go ahead to resume
swimming
albeit to start gently and avoid front crawl to begin with.Haven't had the courage to book a swim just yet. Little bit nervous as my spot of bother all began towards the end of my last swim in November.

40 days AF
Making sure Im exercising at least 3 days weeks, walks ,
swimming
,nothing too strenuous which helps with maintaining my mental well-being and also keep a good stick of herbal drinks and nice juices. I’m definitely not so stressed and seem generally calmer.

Things not happening is a blessing in disguise
Many years ago I was at the
swimming
pool and said how I was upset over not having got a job I had fancied and a lady had said how not getting what you want is a blessing and to that I replied how it can be when you have had time to calm down and think things over.

Trip to the Er/ED
However, I was left with mild dizziness, such as when one has the flu and it feels like you are
swimming
underwater and everything seems unsteady. I've also had significant brain fog over the past few days.

Newbie novice!
I love hiking, cycling and
swimming
but never been a runner. I’m doing this to work on mental health, weight loss and to combat awful symptoms of my early Menopause. I love thé feeling after finishing a run.

So hard getting back into it!
I did run twice a week 3 to 5 km so it could have been worse, but I’m feeling the lack of
swimming
and rowing machine sessions. Does getting back in the saddle get more difficult the older we get? Yesterday I did my Sunday 9km hard hilly run and it took me 5 minutes longer than usual.

Experience for propranolol & omeprazole
I have literally changed everything in my life style to try and help from not drinking alcohol, stopping caffeine, to exercising (
swimming
) to eating more veggies, fruit, low fat food products, wholegrains and no take out foods but I'm still worried I may have a heart condition (not being diagnosed

Post IVF only please. When can resume exercise at “normal pregnancy” and not special IVF only walking rules?
Is 7 weeks or is it 12weeks or does IVF mean I’m not allowed in a
swimming
pool until post birth? I need to give notice to my personal trainer of 3 years.

Help with results - what would you do?
The Vit D results were within 3 weeks of returning from Egypt (9hrs bright sun a day and plenty of
swimming
- was not impressed with the result. I take Vit D3 + K, Vit B12 and B complex. I do stop the all Bs a week before the blood tests. With thanks 66 Olives

Numbness and heaviness in legs
For a few years now when I was in a
swimming
pool I felt as if I had shoes or boots on. Now I have that feeling all the time. Also get bad cramp at night in my thighs. I also have numbness and tingling in my arms at times.

Anxiety is always Anxiety
I stopped my hobbies,
swimming
, flying, specials…. I didn’t go in shops, n never queued…. I lost weight, I’d lost me as the person I was n my poor infant children who didn’t understand, I couldn’t be the father I wanted to be ….

Olympic inspiration for resting!
Her mom, Jill, who swam for Canada at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, said
swimming
has become so sophisticated that races are won by the slimmest of margins, which are not always decided by what happens in between the lane markers.

Bisprolol 2.5mg post heart bypass surgery. Low RHR resting heart rate.
My resting heart rate is 48 due to a lifetime of fellrunning cycling
swimming
triathlon. The manufacturers leaflet says bisoprolol should NOT be given to anyone with rhr under 60. I believe this is why i feel unnecessarily unwell and i am trying to pesuade the dr to reduce the dose.

Today is one of my rest days so this is what I did!
On physio’s advice I have started
