The doc cleared me of all restrictions except intercourse and baths/
swimming
. I have to wait for the stitches to devolve for that. He said to apply petroleum jelly around the area of the stitches. I have never had any pain and bleeding was minimal and only the day of and a little the day after.

Evaluating
If I am
swimming
then I am doing well etc. So for now I am working with the concept of how annoyed Iam. Things like; sometimes going out to my vehicle to get something is a decision if I am annoyed. Other times I just do it without thinking.

Legs aching and cramping at night
I eat well, drink lots of water and do light exercise (prenatal pilates,
swimming
twice a week, a short walk every day). Has anyone else had this? Has anyone found anything that works? Thanks in advance for any advice xxx

My energy has returned
My run on Friday was like
swimming
through treacle, really hard work. I was worried that today would be the same. We started gently, running to the beach. My husband detoured to drop our towels there while I started on the first hill, a gentle but noticeable incline.

I have seen other posts and understand the importance of exercise and how good
swimming
can be. I have also seen the online exercises for people with RA.

Breathlessness update
My mood started to lighten and I increased the effort I put in at the gym and tried
swimming
again. With the all clear, I am now going to the gym twice a week and have a 45 minute swim once a week. There's a spring in my step which has been missing for quite a while.

Adult Degenerative Scoliosis
I saw an Orthopaedic Consultant who suspected Spinal Stenosis but an MRI didn’t confirm that, a Rheumatologist who diagnosed Fibromyalgia as well as Polymyalgia and recommended 2 Paracetomol 3 times daily and
swimming
three times a week- this was in December when public
swimming
pools were turning down

Positive news and maybe some useful feedback
I was told to wean myself off the alcohol ( I stopped instantly with no issues, although this isn't safe for everyone), I was told to lose weight (101kg, 5ft 10) and to exercise (I already did -
swimming
, squash, walking). I had an Endoscopy which was clear.

I had a stent in the LAD in ‘21 & am on the usual meds for that & lead a fairly active lifestyle, running,
swimming
etc. Hopefully my upcoming appointments will reassure me somewhat. Thanks for reading. Rob

Hi, I'm new here!
I used to enjoy fishing, camping, cooking, crafting,
swimming
, reading, writing, concerts, festivals and plays. Unfortunately my health has not only made it impossible to do most if what I love, it has sucked the joy out of the few things I can still do.

Diagnosed with all the arrhythmias and a 40% ejection fraction and I'm a little confused about what's to come...
Can I go back to wild
swimming
one day? (the question I really don't want to ask or have answered but I guess I do) will I see my children grow up? I've been through a lot, I'll give up and change anything to be here for my kids and my husband no question at all.

Ok in menorca heat but not here?
Got back from menorca on Wednesday and had been sunbathing and
swimming
in a cool pool. Joints weren't too bad.Now here in England yesterday and today my hands hurt, my knees and hip hurts even my ankles are hurting. Is it our humid heat do you think? They've just upped my Sulfasalazine too.

I wanted to take mom and sis to the
swimming
pool because this summer has been only pain and i expected money from dad selling the tickets. He didn't give the money i sacrificed the 3day concert and 3 days suffering at home. And sis got mad i was demanding my money "he will give them when he can".

Are Pool and Sauna dangerous with ICD?
I am even afraid of
swimming
🏊♂️ which I have been enjoying few times a week.
Swimming
pool cleaning system and lighting, according to Google could trigger shocks in rare occasions.

Gym and swimming: thoughts please?
But obviously gyms and
swimming
pools are risky. I have checked and the club (David Lloyd) seems to do a good job at cleaning and ventilation. I know when it's quietest. I can wear N95 mask and reduce the risk in other ways.
