Control
I put unnecessary
stress
on myself without even knowing. Television controlled my emotions. I got tired of it. Peace in mental health is so vital. I cut off most of my networks on streaming and replaced them with inspirational apps. It has changed everything.

Is anxiety discomfort angina?
Does anyone know if the
stress
discomfort is purely that or true angina brought on by a certain situation? I have moderate aortic stenosis and have suffered with very bad anxiety for years. I know this seems almost trivial compared to most other posts on this thread but for me it is troubling.

Microvascular Angina
I also have a degenerative spine due to psoriatic arthritis so having been told I would have an appointment for a
stress
test am wondering if I can do that with a walking stick😊 I have read the paper that Milkfairy mentioned and it has been useful to highlight that 77.8% of people like myself have

Breathe out

: "[i]To manage my
stress
levels, I watch motivational videos, listen to songs that improve my morale, and think of ways to improve my mental/physical health – just a moment of 'me' time.

I'm scared.
Could it be inflammation from surgery and
stress
? Are 2 lesions enough to diagnose? All other bloods are also clear. Is.ms chronic dizziness? I felt like this with vestibular migraine, I'm so scared. Any one for some advice? Hugs from Australia 🇦🇺

chronic nausea
hi there I’ve had IBS for years and can control it most times, but it seems to be getting worse, in 71 and have a a lot of
stress
which kicks off anxiety which starts off IBS.
Stress
is coming from my daughter who seems to think I should always conform to her way of living.

Tinnitus has become a real issue, keeping my husband awake, I believe it might be
stress
related, seeing a Tinnitus specialist tomorrow, but understand no cure.

If I’m honest I’ve never felt the same since going through huge
stress
5 years ago when my husband was having treatment for a serious illness right after I’d just had our second child. Current symptoms - Low energy, low motivation, reduced mental function.

Tests for underlying cause of HF
The cardiac MRI (no
stress
test carried out) did not reveal any vascular issues. A CT scan has now been requested to investigate further. Can anyone confirm 1) which test confirms EF and how often should that be done? and 2) which is the best test/s to reveal underlying cause of HF?

Chest and throat discomfort
Cardiologist did a rest &
stress
test in August, told blood flow ok, & said it’s not my heart. As well as Lansoprazole 30 mg, I take gaviscon, but if it’s there nothing seems to help, as you can tell I’m now at my wits end.

Hypothyriod and Feeling of Drunkiness
I still have that feeling which appears to be my only symptom (besides the
stress
and anxiety it has given me). Does anyone else dealing with a similar feeling? I did go to a ear, nose and throat doctor and my balance is good and not being causes by that system.

Periods of non stop adrenaline and sweating for a week to 2 weeks.
A lot of the time I can't find anything that triggered my what I'm assuming is
stress
/anxiety. When it's triggered nothing helps, extra medication, mindful meditation. I don't know what to do at this point. I can't handle SSRI's or a lot medication for that matter.

And am generally feeling pretty rubbish - stiffness, fatigued, upset stomach I have been under a lot of
stress
recently as face losing my job (hospitality industry) which is worrying so much as I don’t know how else I’d work (am s single mum), so I know this isn’t helping.

Found these for stress/anxiety
My sister in law sent me these in a care package years ago and forgot all about them until the other day- found on Amazon. They are made with plants-Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, and Star of Bethlehem. I just had one and I’m yawning. I think whether or not it’s a placebo effect I like
