should I go for PIP
what I am worried about is the
stress
of trying for pip. I would assume they will want to talk to me. just thinking about makes me anxious.

Severe Proximal RCA Disease and Moderate LAD Disease - NO FURTHER ACTION!
Apparently my MRI
stress
test wasn't very good, and I have been advised to cut down on my cycling, but they can't say how much is too much. He said 99% of our patients don't do any exercise, and I am a unique case. I feel like a second opinion is needed

I'm absolutely terrified about any possible outcome and I can feel the
stress
between myself and my husband. I'm 42 so time isn't on my side. I've been given additional meds from my clinic which was helpful as further tests all came back in the normal range but they agreed to do this for me.

Prophylactic Prednisone
Or perhaps there are some folks who take a slightly larger dose after intense workouts or major
stress
situations. If one assumes that one is never totally "cured", the idea would be avoid a build up in inflammation that might go into runaway or flare mode if not appropriately managed. 😊

Reducing miscarriage risk
so far, here is what I gathered: 1- there is not much you can control 2- anti spasmodic meds are good esp. after a reduction in embryos to avoid contractions 3- no vigorous anything, from exercise to chores 4- low
stress
, healthy eating, prenatal vitamins, rest, some walking to keep blood

Anxiety
Going through some health issues so had heart cath &
stress
test. Dr says chest pain is not my heart. Struggling to believe. Having swallowing issues too. I think some is my nervous but my esophagus is moving slightly slow, so I may have to have another scope and I'm freaked out.

Deep-rooted anxiety
I've been grappling with what feels like an exaggerated
stress
response to minor triggers, leading to overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. It's become apparent that despite my efforts in implementing various coping strategies, I haven't been able to effectively manage this heightened anxiety.

I do have an awful lot of
stress
on my plate so my behaviour is probably disproportionate I know. Anyone else had this suggested to them? Or do I have an ultra vigilant GP?

🍏Woeful or Wonderful?
The
stress
of the day melted away. The sharp cold air waking all my senses enabling me to sharpen my thoughts & decision making. The rhythm of the run calming and restorative in itself. I turned homeward. The run was almost done and yes Wednesday was Wonderful!!

Waving my white flag today
Wondering if others have found ways to shift to other jobs for reduced
stress
and making a change. I struggle with change and not sure I could even interview well in current state. I’m struggling day by day.
