Jaw Pain A Week After Triple Bypass Surgery
I stayed over night and they did a nuclear
stress
test which was good. My troponin was still high but (this is a couple weeks after surgery) but they did 3 tests at the hospital and it was coming down.

Advanced adenomyosis symptoms cycle?
Seems like some days in spite of a rigid schedule with bladder calming medication, no caffeine, no change in
stress
levels, blah, blah, blah, my bladder symptoms are just worse than others, inexplicably. So now I'm wondering if these days are caused by where i am in my menstrual cycle.

Overcoming anxiety
Sensitised nerves that are responsible for all those anxious thoughts and feelings are able to de-sensitise after being subjected to prolonged
stress
and fear. Recovery doesn’t happen overnight as there is likely to be so much anxious and fearful energy that needs to be released.

MRI Stress Test
The dye stung a little bit as it went in and the
stress
injection, which I was most scared of, was slightly uncomfortable but quickly over. I survived! It is thanks to you all though that I even made it there!

Perimenopause and sleepy all the time
I've had a lot of
stress
the last few years and sleep was affected the few months before this came on but this sleepiness started around the time of my period in June this year. Perhaps coincidence or a combination of things but it gets even worse running up to my period too.

Update High Platelets - Thoughts Please….?
I feel well (other than
stress
of it all), no thrombotic episodes or symptoms associated with high platelets. Other ailments I do suffer with are… Underactive thyroid, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Vitiligo autoimmune skin disorder, many allergies.

I hope I am not alone...
I lack support, and that alone causes its own
stress
. Then I have my child who I love and who is "my little sweetie" being so aggressive and destructive. Even his need for loving physical contact leaves me feeling touched out, because it is CONSTANT.

Thyroid/post viral fatigue/perimenopause/CFS - help!
The fatigue etc did improve to about 95% of normal until getting covid again in October 2021 (and going through some extreme
stress
- child in hospital). I was left with lots of Long Covid symptoms, all of which improved apart from Post Exertional Malaise.

Update on skin lesions
I want to
stress
that these lesions do not look like the prednisone related bruises as I don’t want anyone to get nervous about those. I wonder if anyone else has experienced anything like this on Actemra. I am hoping to be able to go back on it soon.

Exercise? Diet? Therapy? Has this helped you?
I have a few plans in place that I am starting with as a baseline in all three of the titled categories, including Regular exercise,
Stress
Management, Nutrition and seeing if a more Holistic approach works for me such as Medical Cannabis and consulting a Herbalist.

B12 and nerve regeneration
If the amount of B12 does not cover the demand (which is significantly increased during nerve regeneration and myelin formation), not only can important proteins (e.g. the myelin basic protein) not be generated but also homocysteine accumulates and promotes oxidative
stress
and damage [41–45].

TSH v low but T4/T3 in range - doc wants to reduce T4
I have Hashimoto’s and another immune-related condition called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, which is quite rare but super involved - the short version is that I’m allergic to many things and have to be super careful to manage food, sleep,
stress
, exercise, work, avoid perfumes/chemicals etc.
