update on my health issues
I can ask for it to be looked at again which is a waste of time because I have done this for a previous benefit and went to tribunal with no luck so I don't want to have to do this again and the
stress
that it will cause me as well. Why is it always at Christmas when people get bad news like this?

Pregnant, tired, very little motivation...
I feel like a terrible wife, and often I contribute to his
stress
, and sometimes I worry that I'm going to remain stuck in this pattern and we're going to become an old, bitter couple. Anyone have any advice for getting unstuck in this regard?

My anxiety is getting high because I have go go work and my job is a place that causes me a lot of
stress
and anxiety. I get depressed because I have to do this every day and I can't find that good feeling of living my life or that happiness that I know that I had before.

Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

Natural Beta Blockers?
Basically all beta blockers do for anyone with heart disease is slow down the heart, I know it has been prescribed to people who are nervous going on stage and as a
stress
reliever but it is mostly used for heart conditions. They say bananas and dates are natural beta blockers.

Getting on with life
My headache is a constant thing which gets worse with any physical or mental
stress
. I end up struggling to form thoughts and get confused. Most of the time I can avoid situations where it gets bad but sometimes I can’t and then I feel so vulnerable and on my own.

I feel like I'm drowning in anxiety/depression/stress, and and no one is listening. What can I do?
I'm drowning in
stress
and anxiety and these thoughts. I'd go to a mental health unit, but again they just traumatize me further, I don't want to leave my dog when he could possibly die without me here and I need to continue to look for jobs to pay my bills.

Surrendering to Parkinson's is not "throwing in the towel" it is "changing it for a new one."
Everything seemed to be going well until you observed an obstacle that stood in your way, plunging your body into a nest of pure
stress
, a constant vicious cumulative cycle of thoughts, perceptions, and defensive responses to an illusory threat created by your mind since childhood. and fed by belief

So I'm wondering if anyone here also has Childhood (or Complex) Post Traumatic
Stress
Disorder? if so, have you found some good therapy/treatment for it? How do you feel it impacts your ADHD?
