“Look up”

Awe, what a view while out on my snowshoes tonight.

Made me think about the theme to look up to notice things like

Gods beautiful creations

Mindfulness

All the good things in our lives

Hope made possible by all the newer treatments

Hope for better things to come

And

To the things we can control like

Daily exercise regardless of how little or much we can do especially outdoors

Eat a healthy foods

Keep our weight to a healthy level

Work on mental health through any mean’s possible to control the stress anxiety and depression that accompanies a disease like ours

Obtain appropriate treatment for other medical conditions

Focusing on gratitude

Seeking ways to help and serve others

Having been to hell and back so many times over the past 13 years with CLL, Chemo, current V + O, I’ve learned how much each of these things help me. Not necessarily easy but thanks to all of you for much needed help and support

Another beautiful nature scape. Practicing gratitude and reminding myself that I am in his hands brings me much needed comfort.

I’m learning a few new all fresh recipes and using them, stopped eating at night and dropped 18 lbs
