My Healthy Husband's thyroid result
He has been tired a lot this last year but we have put it down to other issues such as work
stress
, which has been significant. He will have a comprehensive health check through work in September so he won;t be doing any testing till we see what that gives.

A Win for the NHS - today at least & Questions for you
Pharmacy has the prescription so Hubby on his way to collect - my score for NHS service today - 9/10. 1 point deducted for the anticipatory
stress
in even thinking about needing to call the surgery but after today’s experience, if repeated, next time 10/10.

Is coffee that bad?
Or could my AF been caused by something else, like
stress
? General comments welcome.

Slow recovery and set backs after angiogram and stent
Luckily friend kindly put me up in his Airbnb that I help run for a couple of weeks to have company and get away from the
stress
at home. I have lost some clients already and could lose more. I have too much savings to get benefits but they will not last forever, a couple of years at most.

Anxiety that’s work related
In addition, there’s been other isssues at work that have caused so much
stress
to me, nothing that I contributed to. Just a stressful environment. I just feel so fragile right now and a bad audit would do me in. I feel like I’ll have to resign if I don’t have a good audit and I need my job.

Omnivore vs vegetarian vs vegan diet
We went on holidays for a week where I ate meat and there was no discernible difference with my symptoms, although that could be attributed to having less
stress
, more sleep etc which comes with being on holidays.

Uneasy Feeling from Experience
Either way, it really caused me a lot of
stress
and now I’ve been stressed ever since. I feel like my eyes are off, I feel some dizziness, yawning a lot, heart racing and just so concerned that it is going to happen again. I have some anxiety about driving again.

why did I not go sooner
I always put my loss of hearing and tinnitus down to
stress
. But then I started getting a fullness feeling in my ear and had a hearing test and MRI. It worries me about surgery and the not so good stories.

Chronic stress can take a toll on different parts of your body and your overall health.
If this happens too often -- say, every day during your commute -- it’s called “chronic
stress
,” and it can take a toll on different parts of your body and your overall health. https://www.webmd.com/balance/

New IBS diagnosis
.. in hindsight I suppose that would be the obvious reason for the scan but seeing it in black and white it raised my anxiety and
stress
through the roof.
