It's 5 days until Christmas …
... but we're reminding everyone to not
stress
! This time of the year can often cause
stress
and anxiety which is known to lead to an increased heart rate and so it's important to remember to take a step back and breath slowly and deeply.

MBC and work/life changes
I do know I need to make a change because of that
stress
. How I do this with MBC and the uncertainty we all live with is a tough question. But I don’t want the MBC to define the rest of my life!

Can emotional health affect egg numbers and quality?
I am focusing on my work and the positives that I am lucky to be able to afford egg freezing, have my own flat which I enjoy etc, but I would say there has been a fair bit of anger, hurt, depressive episodes and
stress
coursing through my veins.

Not getting any charge from sleep - why?
My smart watch tells me that my
stress
levels are constantly high, day and night, and that sitting watching TV recharges me more than sleep does. I know it's a constant question with BI as to whether symptoms we experience are from our injury or the medication we're on.

Fell off the wagon big time :(
I just seem to handle
stress
with food, and happiness with food... The only big change I can think of is returning to work after maternity in May.

Don't let fibro win !!
Life can be stressful and I noticed
stress
just brings on more pain . I really hope this helps even one person as I know living with fibro is no fun and can really bring you down. I suffered at the hands of many and did so for many years and now I want to take back control for my life .

diagnosed - what happens now?
I’ve gone completely keto and exercising as I’ve been emotionally eating and drinking since December coping with
stress
and finally put a stop to that since the results. See if that makes a difference. When I got called about my test levels, I cried so much.

Most severe risks of the operation seem to singly fall in 0.1-0.6% range, but the consent form I now received states 6%, which is another number entirely- I guess that is cumulative but it’s not helping my
stress
levels lol.

Update on my journey of elimination
Back in 2017 I moved countries, broke up with my ex, started a new demanding job, loads of
stress
. The jury is still out on this. One more thing I need to treat, but right now holding off until everything else is checked - SIBO.

Annual transplant program appointment
I'll have to have another day long check-in like yesterday and a heart
stress
test and a committee review. I already keep all my other tests up to date, dentist, pap, mammogram and more. In the meantime I'll be still accumulating time on the list.

I wanted to use this time to get better but now I am just in a constant state of
stress
and havent seen any friends or anyone because I’m too scared to leave the apartment without insurance.

Crazy heart fluttering, worried
It's not been diagnosed as AF but I can't help wondering and whether the
stress
of this week has triggered it.
