Meralgia Parasthetica…more and more pain
As you can imagine the pain, lack of sleep and
stress
has set off a flare. I had tapered to 10 after 7 years and two serious relapses. I am thinking of taking 20 mg out if desperation. I am allergic to the usual nerve meds such as Amyltriptilline and Gabapentin.

My symptoms are mostly triggered by heat and
stress
. Is anybody else facing something similar? Have a great day, Mr. Cookie

Will the cardiologist listen if I show them my Fitbit heart rate graphs?
I was told I'd be having tests like an echocardiogram and maybe a
stress
test but my letter says it's a 10 minute video call with the cardiologist. I have palpitations that are being managed with beta blockers but I'm still getting sudden spikes in my heart rate which are captured by my Fitbit.

DAO Supplement + Lung Transplant.
Hello, I realise this is going to be a very strange post, but this is
stress
that this is a genuine question / request, I may need a lung transplant in the near future. Nothing is set in stone yet, but it's a possibility. I haven't been in contact with a transplant team yet or anything.

I know it sounds dramatic, but my mind keeps going in circles, I've been struggling to sleep and having constant panic attacks as a result of the

Coach B also reminded me not to
stress
if I’m struggling to fit a 5K in this week. I could have just sat on the sofa watching yet another predictable Christmas film but instead we got a 30 min run under our belt.

Worried about spotting
I assumed that it was
stress
because I’m in my second year at uni and have just had some exams which I was very stressed about. However I was hoping that once I stopped being stressed, the bleeding would stop.

Can't sleep. What else is new?
For real though, I'm swimming in
stress
and my body's feeling it now which is disturbing because I know what's next, fibromyalgia inflammation and headaches. Anyone have any good suggestions to help me sleep? I suppose I should get off my phone idk. Thanks for reading.

autophagy and Parkinson’s
When I was 20 years old, I went through some severe
stress
that caused me to start sleepwalking eating. I wouldn’t realize that I was doing it. Fast-forward 18 years, 5 to 6 times a week on average, I would sleepwalk and eat. I get diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Does anyone adjust their dose when stressed?
I have found I am very sensitive to
stress
and often find I get much more hypo when under any amount of
stress
. Does anyone adjust their dose according to
stress
? I was doing OK on my previous dose of 50mcg levo and 105mg NDT but I'm flagging.

Hot and Heavy - Not a Race
Really felt the need for a run under the
stress
of last 48 hrs. Was glad I managed to get out. So glad that running is a 'go to' for me for
stress
relief now.

Heavy legs and breathlessness
This started after a period of severe
stress
last year. Do any other fibro friends experience this? I have hot baths with Epsom salts and rub legs with Pernaton cream which gives short term relief but a soon as I start walking on a hard surface it happens again 😪.
