Sudden Acne
I think I do suffer from
stress
. However, it's not something I decide to let go of and it goes. Any suggestions and recommendations on skincare and food would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hello everyone
You can do this in the way that is best for you but I wanted to keep it realistic to not create
stress
like telling myself unrealistic expectations in a timeframe that I could feel was ok. I'm far from ok but I'm ok for now. I put into words my thoughts this morning about wanting to find peace.

Not told about job vacancy
I blame the situation I now find myself in on the amount of pressure and
stress
that they put me under over the past 18 months. I am not sure I would really want the job but feel very sad that I was overlooked because I am not at work.

Should I be more involved?
I do wonder if deeper understanding of AF can induce
stress
and therefore more frequent attacks? As long as I have the support of my medications, my GP, Cardiologist and the positive messages posted here, I don’t need to know any more.

stress
of my 90th birthday party a few days ago, I got the old familiar Polymyalgia shoulder ache, so I took an extra 5mg for 5 days and then went back to 5. What relief, the ache has gone. All I am left with is my usual fluey fatigue and painful wrists.

6 months on.
I just work 3 days a week now in the office, less
stress
and physical exertion. I’m on less money obviously but I can manage and my healths far more important to me and my family. Now the negative points, my depression and anxiety are slowly rising, I can tell and my wife’s also noticed.

Timing of Pred
After a couple of weeks I start to perk up despite a fair bit of
stress
as I’m a carer for my husband. I’ve always taken my pred in the morning about 9 to 9.30. What I don’t seem to have is fatigue and I’m wondering why.

IVF - the number slide
I just wish women were more informed about this - so that all the women trying to get pregnant with all the
stress
and doubt that comes with it - know that when your mother tells you at a young age that if you have unprotected sex you’ll get pregnant- it’s a much longer slog than that.

Improved?
Seems to be a link with tension/
stress
. Relaxing and doing neck/jaw stretches at times appears to help.

Lifestyle changes for fertility
I have done most and tried to overhaul diet years ago as I also have pcos and its hard work to maintain healthy weight;
stress
doesnt help my chocolate cravings or healthy eating, come a long way with my unhelpful eating behaviours but is still there.

Do you notice a difference in your mental health?
Physical activity provides an outlet for my pent-up energy and
stress
. But what has has surprised me the most, is that after only as few weeks, I started to feel so much more confident as a person.

Possible over treatment with Levothyroxine
The decline in health correlates with a high
stress
job but my treatment was becoming less effective before this. I’m trying to learn what it means to have autoimmune thyroid disease and how to live with this condition. A recent ultrasound scan showed thyroid changes consistent with Hashis.

😵💫Crazy COVID story 😷🤧
My sister broke out with shingles right before her ruptured Achilles tendon surgery...she believes that the
stress
of the injury activated it. Next year I'll turn 50 and the shingles 2 jab vaccine is recommended for everyone at that age. I'll be in line 💉 for that one too.

I suffer from white coat and am sure some of my high readings in the past have been linked to

Bad Week
Now totally in pieces...
stress
from work is making it so much worse, unable to financially afford to keep my house, bring up my 3 kids and not strong enough to fight for my pension. I am aware my heart is badly damaged and health is failing. Finding it hard to find a way forward.

He has now had 2 nuclear Ligand treatments but still often has severe bone pain (he was diagnosed with
stress
fractures in his T12 and T9 just prior to his first Ligand treatment in Austria. He is due for his 2nd bone hardening treatment tomorrow plus bloodwork.
