Blood results- T3 levels consistent? Can I improve them?
Or do flare ups from eating the wrong thing or
stress
(or anything else?) cause them to fluctuate - hence feeling rubbish during a flare? And are there non-medication ways to aid T4 conversion? Liver detox diet etc? Any knowledgable advice very welcome!

Feeling better with God's grace.
This is very good for reducing
stress
. But please avoid sad videos, music and horror movies.

Anyone used Dr Dani Gordon @The London Resilience Clinic
I have an extremely stressful job as head of two schools on separate sites, and have taken the really difficult decision to resign at the end of the school year as the level of work and
stress
really not helping.

I have a fracture of .y sacral bone and now Dr thinks I have a

fracture of my pelvis. Having my 4th aclasta infusion next week. Have been in terrible pain in my groin and could hardly walk. If I hadn't had a walker I couldn't have stayed at home by myself.

will you be the same again
You may be the same again. You will recover but you will always some type of setback and post PTSD. Hopefully you don’t not everyone does. Lots of luck to you.

Am I in remission?
My
stress
levels are now virtually non existent as I’ve taken early retirement from an extremely stressful job and have relocated to a quiet village. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Interesting radio series on how to reduce stress by simply concentrating on your breathing, tensing and relaxing.

Blood test results - high haemocrit, high Hb
Managed to get off some unhelpful antidepressants ( made me worse and took years to get off) and then had horrific
stress
as husband diagnosed with cancer. So my last blood test has come up with high haemocrit and haemoglobin and this has terrified me so much and cant stop thinking about it.

Rest when you need to
Normal activities for everyone else, preparing for Christmas or the
stress
of getting ready to go on Holiday. It will floor me, and I'll need a couple of days in bed sleeping. Don't feel guilty you can't keep up with everyone else. Just take the rest and then carry on when you are rested.

Ablation or not? I really don't know what to do
caught out somewhere having a huge afib episode, EPs want me to have an ablation, I am so confused, I don't know what to do...I have had maybe three episodes of afib after migraine and vomiting, with or without alcohol in the picture, migraines seem to happen on an electrolyte imbalance or physical

Feeling low:(
Not sure I can go through further
stress
. I am self employed doing some part time work which I love, there aren’t many things I enjoy, since I’ve developed UCTD, it feels like life is sucked out of me. Feeling fatiqued and in oain all the time.

I think this proves one thing especially and that is
STRESS
is one of the main contributors to tinnitus. I'm trying to deal with it but it's even harder now that I've had that lovely 6 month period where it wasn't bothering me. I hope that this might help anyone out there.

Digital Tests
The amount of digital tests I have bought that have either had an error, or caused me undue
stress
is ridiculous. And on this day they made my anxiety go through the roof ! Don’t read too much into the dates given & stick to the cheaper pink line variety’s for your own sanity 🙏🏼

Daily question reminder
We often deal with so much drama and
stress
in our daily lives having this disease that we often forget that living life is what we all need to strive to do. As I've said before we are not PBC. PBC does not define us.

cardiac stress perfusion MRI
I’ve just today had a cardiac
stress
MRI and when the
stress
drug was administered I had intense pain in my left shoulder and arm, nausea and severe breathlessness. To say I was scared was an understatement as I was still in the scanner. Does this mean I still have an issue with my heart?
