Reducing or eliminating IBS symptoms
I thought I should share this, if your IBS symptoms is frequent stooling (not diarrhoea) you can try peppermint oil capsules say 30 mins to 1 hour before a meal (once a day) combined with deliberate reduction in
stress
and relaxation from worry; I believe it will work, at least 90% reduction.

Malar Rash
I get these rashes in a variety of different ways, always driven by sun, heat,
stress
or medications. Are there any other autoimmune disorders that cause facial rashes? I’ve found reading the posts on here more helpful than my Rheumatologists/Google so just wanted your opinion.

I don't know if this is linked to RA itself, medication side effects, may be
stress
at times, or a mixture of all?I use tocilizumab for RA and Sertraline an anti depressant ( although not depressed now, I have been on it a few years, its called a maintenance dose) I take one Lanzoprazole a day.

I'm not sure if it's screen use, exercise or
stress
related. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Thanks Colin

chamomile tea and kidney function
A 2020 review found that chamomile tea helped improve glycemic control and reduce oxidative
stress
and renal and hepatic complications in patients with diabetes.
Chamomile tea has also been shown to reduce elevated creatinine levels.

Gastroparesis as part of MSA
I am thinking this is result of eating, going to the bathroom,
stress
, or medication, or all of them. The tightness can last from 40 minutes to a couple of hours at a time, and is debilitating. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon and, if so, is the anything that can be done to mitigate?

Experienced with spinal cord stimulators?
Was diagnosed with
stress
fractures in L4, had a surgery that made the pain 10x worse, and I’ve just been trying to get at least a little bit better. It’s very tough.

Been to GP
I understand they have to put something down but at no point did I say I had weakness and the other symptoms are normal for me when under
stress
which I did tell her. This was in April and as I said earlier I only found this out by chance so a bit worrying to say the least.

hello folks, Having a tough time with work
stress
, some health worries and to top it off I have a driving test next month. This is driving my anxiety into overdrive and making my depression worse than ever. I have a partner but we are long distance.

what’s the record?
A small part of me has this fear that I’ve just become menopausal:/ I’m waiting to start another cycle based on it for dates so it’s not without
stress
. Thankyou in advance for any reassurance!

The dreaded Bradycardia is back.
I'm fitted with an ilr (implant loop recorder) so I've pressed my key fob to highlight the episodes for the pacing team to see I also have a exercise
stress
test booked for next wk so hopefully something will come of it and compare notes with the pacing team. Cheers Taz.

Dealing with stressful people
She is a step daughter almost 20, I am try not to
stress
her, but find this stressful. Any advice appreciated. I don’t want to be ‘evil step dad’ but do wish our home was a bit more relaxing.

Cancer and stress: not directly related to prostate cancer but interesting research
Being on melatonin and some chemical stuff to be able to sleep at night, I do not have anything intelligent to suggest to reduce our
stress
...apart maybe from sports/workouts if we can, whenever we can... https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-023-02631-x

Following on from a conversation with another user, I found this article, that I thought confirms how important self-care is when dealing with a diagnosis like FND:https://www.topchiro.co.uk/blog/rest-digest-and-repair-how-to-stop-
