I've been grappling with what feels like an exaggerated stress response to minor triggers, leading to overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. It's become apparent that despite my efforts in implementing various coping strategies, I haven't been able to effectively manage this heightened anxiety. At 25 years old, I'm starting to wonder if this could potentially be more than just a situational issue, perhaps resembling a genetic disease that requires a more fundamental approach to treatment. I'm seeking guidance on how to address this from a more holistic and foundational perspective.

Hi fagos! How long has this been going on? I have had my issues since about 18, so 14 years now ππ . I love cognitive therapy, are you doing any of that? I like that you are hoping for a holistic approach. I also love exercise, and it can keep me going for a while, but I do need to work on some root issues around emotion and security. I wish you peace, hope, and strength.
