Running insoles offer!š
I personally love their insoles and moved from mostly
running
in support shoes to neutral with these inside - much better than the insoles that come with most
running
shoes! They suit all
running
gaits and are wonderfully shock absorbing (see egg experiment in Film My Run video below!!

Varicose veins and returning to running after injury
Would it be ok to get back to
running
at park run? How long will it take to get fitness back? I am hoping to run in a
running
race in 4 weeks time.

running out of options
I'm new to this space, so I figured I'd post a lil summary of my current vibes. I have depression, anxiety, PTSD, and borderline. In the last couple weeks, I have fallen way into the Big Sad. My SH & SI thoughts are difficult to ignore, I barely leave my bed, I'm falling behind at work and in grad school

Running in aid of PSPA
Whilst my husband, Chris, lost his fight with PSP at the end of December 2019, our middle grandson James Weston will be
running
as part of the PSPA team in the London Marathon on 21st March 2024.It would be wonderful if James can get over his target.

Running after a past fall
The
running
itself goes really well now despite the lung issue, but my legs start to become heavier and more painful every time, and that actually makes me more worried about falling because I don't feel in control of how I move them. It's a loop. So, I was wondering...

Running
Well I'm doing good with my training for the 10k run in aid of British heat foundation next June 2024. But it'll be halted soon as getting a wee op done on my eye and don't think I'll be allowed to run. For a few weeks anyway. But I'm chuffed with today's run. I managed 29 minutes. šššŖš. So looks

Back to running....I hope
Oh it was hard and turning into the head wind to start back was a shock as I seemed to start
running
in reverse. I think the
running
gods had a good laugh at the š overtaking me.

Your Legs are made for Running...
There is so much out there and for many of us, starting out on
running
adventures, the idea of regular exercise, added to everything else, can be a bit of a turn off.

Home-based exercises for running legs?
Can I please ask for recommendations for exercises I can do at home to strengthen my 64 yr old legs, and enable me to keep
running
without injury? I'm aware of squats but I'm keen to do specific work on my lower legs and ankles. (I'm not a gym bod).

Juggling life/ work with running schedule!!!
This is my first proper consistent
running
journey. Iām loving it so far BUT I donāt always have time to find rest days in between runs so end up
running
for 3 consecutive days. Is this bad? Should I be better with my schedule?

My knees suck!
I have been told by a nurse I should try swimming instead of
running
because I am a bit plump. I have decided to heed caution to the wind and do
running
instead as that is free! Hehe

Jeffing Walk-Run after calf strain
And it was great to get out there in my
running
gear again, even though most of it was walked. I had started active walking more again, doing some hikes, but had not yet started
running
again since my last run ca 3 weeks ago.
