Can I please ask for recommendations for exercises I can do at home to strengthen my 64 yr old legs, and enable me to keep running without injury? I'm aware of squats but I'm keen to do specific work on my lower legs and ankles. (I'm not a gym bod).

Home-based exercises for running legs?
Huge welcome!!!!
I just dropped a post with links to a yoga session. healthunlocked.com/strength...
Our core program is of course timely considering the current sunny weather (in the UK). Perfect to do outside in gardens and parks, our core programme is the NHS 5-Week Strength and Flexibility Programme, details and all links are at healthunlocked.com/strength...
Beyond the 5-week programme, there is a group of forum members doing daily short yoga sessions, following the YWA monthly calendar at yogawithadriene.com/calendar/
And if you are looking for some more ideas, or something different, we have a few topic related folders, which might be of interest. healthunlocked.com/strength...
The link to Adriene's yoga channel is very timely -thanks. Also found (on Bridge to 10k forum) the link by Oldfloss to wild ginger running's ankle strengthening exercises video, which is also what I'm looking for. I know I'm not disciplined enough to do the NHS longer (35-45 mins) general workouts, especially as I want to concentrate on legs atm.
