Well I'm doing good with my training for the 10k run in aid of British heat foundation next June 2024. But it'll be halted soon as getting a wee op done on my eye and don't think I'll be allowed to run. For a few weeks anyway. But I'm chuffed with today's run. I managed 29 minutes. πππͺπ. So looks like a bit of stop start . But I'll get back on track π€ππͺ that was run number 7 π. Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Hello
Good for you I can imagine you feel so proud of yourself this is a great achievement
I hope the little op on your eye goes well and you can get back to your training
Let us know how you get on x
I just ran a mile in 4 minutes 20 seconds. Then I woke up. What a poverty of ambitions. Next time I hope to dream that I smashed the four minute mile.
What a brilliant result, 22alfie - you're doing so well! Good luck with your eye operation, hopefully it won't slow you down too much and you're back on top form again very soon after. Carol ππ
