I’ve done c25k a few times over the past 5+ years- generally injury preventing running - usually Achilles but also calf pulls etc has meant I’ve started again numerous times and happily I’ve completed it several times too. This time a slipped disc pressing on my sciatic nerve has had me banned (by physio) from running & pretty much everything else except from walking since June. I’ve now been told I can start to introduce running again gently. So W1R1 today… with a promise to stop if it hurts….I’m starting from my lowest level of fitness ever due to 5 months enforced inactivity
So wish me luck 🍀 I fear this maybe hard going but it’ll be so good to get back out there ! 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻🏃♂️💨
