Mindful run

Haven't posted for a while as over last 3 weeks life intervening and only running once a week. I'm not going to beat myself up about this. Yesterday though optimal, no icy patches, no long days work, no other commitments. Ran a rainy mindful "Running towards your goal" run with Andy Puddicombe and coach B. Lots to take on so...looking forward to my next run, perhaps with just myself for company. Nevertheless, a really feel good run with oxygen boosting rain and slate grey sky. My beautiful day glow orange On, waterproof shoes are brilliant, so no more cold feet to disturb my head space.

🍏 You certainly have been inspired by headspace! Well done & enjoy those warm & comfy trainers! Glad you managed a weekly run which is more than many are doing in these colder days! Every run is a win as coach B always reminds us. Keep on keeping on!

Thanks Annie apple. The encouragement from you and this forum mean a lot. Might even make a second run this week. 😁

That’s one of my favourite runs. I’ve been off the runs for a while and that’s on my comeback list too-you’ve got great taste! Sometimes life makes the runs tricky and maybe that makes us appreciate them more when then come around. ❤️
