..... And had to tell you how amazed I really am! 🙂 Running has never been my thing, so at week 1 I didn't think I'd make week 2, and I'm mega-chuffed now 😂. I have found that, over the weeks, the ability to MAKE myself keep going, when sometimes I have just wanted to stop (for no particular reason, nor injury!) has been fantastic for my self-esteem, resilience and mental health. Keep going everyone! 🙂

Congratulations! I also graduated this week, it’s a good feeling. Now we just have to keep going without someone in our ear spurring us on! I may put Steve on even if I’m doing something different, just so he tells me I’m doing well every now and again!!
