Can anyone help - I need to stop smoking & I have been told it makes RA get worse, faster.
I am trying to
quit
smoking
. Can anyone share their experiences on how smoking made their RA worse. I need to hear stories to push me into trying harder....please help, currently the addiction is still over powering me. Thank you.

Quit
smoking
27 years ago to prevent this issue!! Apparently it did not.i have days filled with fears and questions and feel quite down. Hopefully theses feelings will become less as the inhaler helps. Thank you to all the kind and wonderful people on this forum.

Nordic spirit
I've been using a new product to
quit
smoking
there called Nordic spirit, little pouches that you put in your mouth for half a hour. They release nicotine slowly which makes cravings a bit easier, it's early days but was wondering if anyone else has any experience with these??.

I quit smoking but relapsed after failed cycle
I have low AMH and I was told it was imperative that I
quit
smoking
before starting IVF. We only managed to get 3 eggs. One was transferred and unfortunately the other two didn't survive.

Quitting Nicorette Quick Mist
Quick background: I've
quit
smoking
cigarettes for about 4 years but that whole time I've been using the spray. 4 whole years of non-stop nicotine. I would have surely spent thousands on it over the years as the bottles built up.

I've quit inhalers -- anyone else?
I'm 68,
quit
smoking
25 years ago, but thinking back I showed signs of breathing issues in my mid-30s. Here's the thing: I was immediately given 3 inhalers upon diagnosis and used them religiously until about 3 months ago. I felt they never, ever helped my breathing one bit.

I

HPV but no abnormal cells
The day I got my results I
quit
smoking
after having smoked for 12 years, I started eating healthier and taking vitamins, and I started running. I just felt dirty and disgusting having HPV and it really affected me.

Hello 😊
Well I've just made the decision to
quit
smoking
and sort my self out. I've smoked for the last 27ish years and am frankly horrified and terrified in equal measures at the thought of being without cigarettes. Hopefully I can share the 'what happens next' bit on here.

Tru and try again
Currently I’m
smoking
and I’m starting g another
quit
. Even though I have emphysema, I keep going back. I run out of breathe when talking fast and it really isolates me. I hope there’s still something to gain by quitting. I put on weight when I
quit
but I don’t lose any by
smoking
.
