Well congrats Deedee on being smoke free for four years. I guess you are one of the lucky ones seeing as you found it so easy to quit. Most of the people on here, including myself have struggled with our quits( the first six to nine months or even longer). There are still a lot of people on here who are struggling with trying to stay quit. So maybe you can share how you quit and maybe help someone make their journey easier.

Good for you. Congrats..... I've been nicotine free too....for over 4 years.....and it is easy peasy .....NOW. It was no joke the first 4 --6 months. Stay a non smoker....it smells good on you.
