Checked my quit smoking app earlier and guess what quitters I've saved £100 since I started on this quit journey.Goes to show there is a reward other than the health benefits,Just a small victory but I thought I'd share 😜

Thats awesome! In 8 weeks i've saved $478 new Zealand dollars which i believe is around £253 thays 8 x 30 gram packets of tobacco that I've not smoked, of course I've managed to spend it on a whole bunch of other (non addictive) stuff that I dont need haha. Do you have the app that also tells you how many cigarettes you haven't smoked and how much life you have regained because thats a huge motivator too.
