Hi guys! How is everyone doing?! A milestone has been reached - 6 months without smoking. Wow! Cold turkey worked for me but do whatever works for you & keep going. All the benefits are worth every single cigarette you decide not to smoke! YOU GOT THIS 💪🏼 If I can spend half my life smoking and quit....you DEFINITELY can

I like your style Betty8787. You have done it. Six Months jounrney down your Freedom Road. You already know it is an impossible journey to go back after coming so far. Your decision is made. You are no longer a smoker and I believe you. II know it. You drew a line. Stepped over it. Stick to it Betty8787. I stopped dead nearly a decade and a half ago (15 years come March 2021). Cold Turkey. There was no looking back. No chewing gum. No vaping. No patches. No going back.First comes our decision to NOT be a smoker any more. No "quitting-smoking-journey". Instead... smoking journey is OVER. After that it is easy peasy. Here is my tale... but you don't have to waste five minutes reading it.

You will never regret it. We are ALL much, much stronger than the Tobacco Companies say that we are. If I can do it - and I am an idiot - then anyone can do it. Have a longer, stronger, happier, healthier, wealthier life Betty8787. All the best from snowy Scotland
