Hyperinflated lungs on x-ray...
I am 26yo female without alpha 1 deficiency (got blood results today) and I've been smoking about a pack a day for about 11 years. 3 days ago I
quit
smoking
and I'm confident in myself I won't come back to this nasty addiction.

Can you share your views on helping people with lung cancer who want to quit smoking?
Hello all We have been approached by Bristol University who are carrying out some research to help people
quit
smoking
. There are 2 ways to get involved: 1. Take part in a "think aloud session" sharing your views.

Cancer and smoking.
However I
quit
smoking
9 months before I found about my cancer. I saw patients struggling to go out for a smoke , with no help at all.

Age 41. Third IVF cycle with ARGC. When should I call it a day?
I have no known health conditions, I
quit
smoking
last October before I started my first cycle, and I'm now on a high protein, no caffeine, reduced alcohol consumption, healthy diet.

Trying my best!
Like many of you I’m trying to
quit
smoking
but seem to just be running out of options. The patches gave me really bad rashes & crazy dreams. Lozenges made me sick. And the Gum doesn’t taste great. I seem to be able to do 2 days and then the struggle sets in.
