Addicted to Nicorette Quickmist
Hi all 😊😊 I successfully
quit
smoking
6 years ago but I am still heavily reliant on my nicorette quickmist. My addiction to this stuff has got worse over time and I literally can’t afford to keep it up anymore.

Quitting Vaping 50mg Of Nicotine Before During and After Jaw Surgery
So i know that jaw surgery for me is probably far off in the future. But i want to get ahead of it. I need to know how the best way to quit vaping temporarily is before a major jaw surgery. If anyone has and questions feel free to comment. More of the story is in my Biography. Please let me know what

Using this as my whole big new me thing, I recently
quit
smoking
and I am just wanting to feel a bit fitter and healthier and lose a bit of weight before my 21st birthday. Fingers crossed I’ll be able to stick with my goals. ☺️

Had my respiratory appointment
I’ve
quit
smoking
and I’m going to start exercising properly, and try to get myself into a better pattern of eating and sleeping and hopefully my fatigue and dizziness will disappear, if not I’ll have to speak to my GP again. I hope everyone is having a nice Friday xx

Awaiting a Diagnosis
I
quit
smoking
weed in January. I only smoked weed in a pipe not with tobacco. I gave up cigarettes over 10 years ago. I had a chest infection over Xmas last year and so packed in the weed. In March I started running 5 miles a week.

Want to Quit Smoking ASAP
Hi all, New here, and becoming increasing desperate to
quit
smoking
. I'm a 10-15 a day smoker who tends to use ciggies as a "break" (apart from that first one in the morning) but I'm also an anxiety sufferer and the stimulants/chemicals in the cigs can set me off.

Smokers quit in highest numbers in a decade.
How weird, a million
quit
smoking
over the fear of Covid-19 yet they have no fear of COPD, Cancer, and the multitude of other incurable smoking related diseases. The time is right for a concerted effort to open their eyes to all the other diseases that smokers can develop.

Spots and smoking
I
quit
smoking
two and a half months ago. Since then I have started to get more and more spots, does anyone know if this is normal. I’ve attached the picture of my back. It only seems to be my back that has, everywhere else has improved.

Help me quit!
I really want to
quit
smoking
, I only have 2-4 a day but I know even that can be detrimental to my health. I just do it out of habit or if I’m out for drinks with friends but I’ve been smoking more by myself recently.

Reflections on completing W9R3
Like many here, I’d never run before and was really unfit - late 50s and
quit
smoking
last year after 40 years of ciggies). W1 - almost killed me, but the buzz after completing W1R1 was amazing. W2 - Hmm, this isn’t as tough as I thought it’d be. W3 - yes it bloody is!
