Panic attacks/anxiety
When you first
quit
smoking
...did you all have anxiety attacks...and if so how did you deal with them. I am not sure why I am having them. I do my yoga, walk the dogs, and try to relax. All of the sudden I get a panic attack. It's awful.

Day 32 smoke free and struggling
I still have a single cig sitting on my kitchen window, its been there since the night i
quit
smoking
. I kept it as a psychological aid as in if i need one it is there so i didnt have that panic and was able to quit.

Day 9
I never completely realised how tough quitting would be. I always had this belief that if I could get to day 3 or 4 I would be OK and once the physical addiction is done, the rest would sort of take care of itself, haha, yeah right! Even though it feels like I have the crazy cravings under control,

Anyone familiar with Mepolizumab (Nucala or Xolair)
He's 63,
quit
smoking
about 23 years ago after about that many years as a smoker. This past winter, he had several severe exacerbations. He is healthy otherwise and his pulmonologist tells us he's the healthiest patient that he has.

Teeth hurt
Been 7 days since i
quit
smoking
. I smoked menthols for about 15 years. Not using nicotine gum but some regular gum when the cravings come. Yesterday my teeth started hurting. Pretty bad. Im concerned i may have some other type of issue going on.

Food for thought?
I also had
quit
smoking
( still off the fags). Anyway, since I started this healthy eating plan and when I fell by the wayside at Christmas when I took ill........all I ate was sweet things. And I just kept going. And ended up fatter again!

Day 5 - Bad Morning
I realize that its not anyone's fault but my own that I started
smoking
and then
quit
smoking
. I realize that I've tried and failed a few times. But I also feel like he is not really being very supportive.

Breath still feels short. Still anxious and worried. 4 months out, wished I felt better.
Hello again. Over 4 months quit and this weird breath thing still persists. I'm heading out to buy some Mucinex now and praying I haven't done such horrible damage to myself that I will feel this way forever. To be clear: my shortness of breath isn't me gasping for air, but rather a strange feeling with

Smelling smoke
I
quit
smoking
about a year and half ago. Sometimes when I am around smokers the next day and for several days later I will smell smoke. This time I don't even recall being around anyone smoking and I keep smelling it. Eventually it just goes away although it is making me feel like I am crazy.

Paroxetine
I was diagnosed with gad after suffering a really bad panick attack from taking welbutrin to
quit
smoking
. I was prescribed buspirone but it only mad my anxiety worse. I've been on 10mg paroxetine since late November. It didn't seem to work and actually made my anxiety worse for the first month.

Day 2
I keep telling myself I am fighting for my life & that there are more people who have
quit
smoking
than there are that smoke. I think I need to focus on the here and now and worry about tomorrow when it comes. I hate smoking, it makes me feel like crap and I don't enjoy it any longer.

Thank you and Farewell
Well, at least I'm not dreaming about
smoking
anymore, so thats good. Back to the point ! First, I
Quit
smoking
, then joined the gym, then
quit
alcohol, and now trying to get my diet right, because (I gained weight from stopping and also its kinda dumb not to eat right when exercising).
