Time for things to get better
I was a smoker for so long and then when I
quit
smoking
it was a short time till I started chemo so I am definitely looking forward to tasting food again. I have scans on the 21st I guess I will get the result of my treatment then. I really hope I didn't go through all this for nothing.

I have quit smoking, for gooood!
So today is my first smoking free day! I feel great, I had my last cigarette yesterday and took a vow that I would never take one again. I'm going to try and document my journey (forgive me if I forget) but yeah, for anyone out there struggling through the cravings (I haven't experienced them) ask yourself

Try, Try and Tru again
I tried to
quit
dipping and ended up
smoking
cigars (another failure). I haven't given up hope and I am trying again to go cold turkey. I am curious how to keep my dopamine levels high naturally to help with the quit.

Almost at the 3 week mark
at the beginning my motivation was money, health etc but now my main motivation is simply that I couldn't smoke ever as I don't think I would want to go through this again should I decide to
quit
again! I feel free of
smoking
now. I don't feel like it controls my day etc.

Please give advice
So he
quit
champix and is still
smoking
today. When I took the first pill I had like this instant dislike for the taste of cigarettes and that was fantastic. I have had almost no side effects and I am very positive.

Hi:
I
quit
smoking
and started again because I'm so aggravated!. I cant afford a therapist right now. My Co-pay is quite high and I just cant get the therapy/meds I need. I need to be able to get to the bus stop. If I can't then I'm doomed! Any advice would be great!

I am 6ft tall, 38 and still trying to
quit
smoking
(which is my priority). I want to look good naked...As I'm sure we all do. Any advice is welcome, whether regarding exercise or diet! Good luck everyone!

Smoking!
I think one of the best thing is for me to
quit
smoking
..... I gave up for two years so on Monday am going to do my best to stop! My dad has just come out from hospital after having a double bypass to my relief....... He's lucky enough to have a lovely partner whom will be looking after him.

So confused...
Quit
smoking
, gym twice a day, eating healthy. Then all of a sudden one day my chest felt tight. Really tight. Chest pain as if a really strong guy is squeezing my chest and back together. Short of breath and dizzy. 6 days now. Had a ECG fine, blood pressure fine.
