Hi all,

I am finally starting to feel better all my treatments are over. I am also eating a little now throat is healing slowly but can definitely tell a difference . I was a smoker for so long and then when I quit smoking it was a short time till I started chemo so I am definitely looking forward to tasting food again. I have scans on the 21st I guess I will get the result of my treatment then. I really hope I didn't go through all this for nothing. Anyway thanks to everyone for all the prayers and encouragement .

Sincerely ,

RW

Great to hear your recovering. Chemo is no easy task! My dad has new scans this week as well. Prayers to you for a good report. Stay strong!

Woohoo! That concurrent treatment was not easy and I'm thrilled for you that you're getting stronger. Aside from the fatigue how do you feel?

The fatigue and sore throat are my worse problems other than that I'm doing ok. I have slight numbness in feet and hands and shortness of breath but all that seems to be getting better now.

Thanks for always being here,

RW

RW,

Glad to hear you are starting to feel better and that you are able to eat again. I'm proud of you for quitting smoking at the same time you started such an arduous treatment, too. Fingers and toes crossed for a good scan report!!!

Rw, so good to hear from you.

Enjoy great food when your throat finishes healing - pick something really decadent!

Best wishes for the 21st, will be looking to hear from you after your follow up appointment (if you feel like sharing), we'll be here to listen!
