So today I finished Week 1. This is my 4th attempt at C25K but all my previous attempts were undertaken whilst I was a 15-20 day smoker so my lung capacity was similar to a small hamster and I really struggled. Now I've been quit smoking for 8 months, my lung capacity is back to average and I'm not struggling as much with C25K! So excited for next week.
