Is it normal to have stomach pain/upset after quitting smoking ? I am on my sixth day, dont have any cravings and currently on champix ?

I have taken champix 5 years ago and did quit for 2 years but never experienced all these stomach pains before ?

Welcome Outdoorzguy ☺ i haven't taken champix but people commonly report stomach problems and nausea, I'm afraid.

Congratulations on making it through your first week! ☺ I hope it gets easier for you.

Hi I did try champix a couple of years ago but couldn't hack the stomach pains. If you can put up with them the pills will help you stop but it does depend if you can and how badly they affect your life. Good luck. x

Well done for making the best decision for your future health and sorry you’re not feeling well. Make sure you eat something before you take the tablets as this will help. It can cause nausea otherwise.

Your body is going through a lot of changes at the moment and things should start to set down soon.

The first 10 days can be tough but it will all be worth it to have your freedom. Hang in there🚭😊x

Hi outdoorzguy good luck with kicking old nic some people do have stomach problems with it just monitor it and if gets worse stop and see your GP take care xxx
