Is it likely i have COPD?
Quit
smoking
2 months ago approximately and I'm still on patches now. In that mind frame currently of why the hell did i smoke! Any way after quitting smoking the inability to breathe episodes seem to have settled down and i only get them occasionally.

Hello from Canada My question is: I have 26% lung capacity (I
quit
smoking
for several months and I;m so depressed I find myself cheating here and there), I'm done with.

My journey so far....hope that it helps others.....
So here I am on Friday....bored out my head.......so I am going to write about my experience in the hope that it may help even one person, I spent years tied to cigarettes. I desperately wanted to stop, but time went by, making me feel weak, powerless, and beaten down, and then anger set it....which

Run, Jiggle, Run Jiggle
With this I also decided to
quit
smoking
so tomorrow is D1 after going for a year previously I know I can do it. Any tips of either running or giving up smoking suggestions would be appreciated. Think it's time for a shower as I'm sweating like a pig in a sauna.

Hi, I am a newbie
I
quit
smoking
as soon as I read the results and I am beyond scared and confused! I have been perusing multiple sites and cannot find that terminology. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't have an appointment with my doctor until the end of June. I love this site :)

Strong craving
First of all - it's my first post here and I am not native english speaker (please turn a blind eye to the grammar :) I decided to
quit
smoking
on day 1 of my business trip to Mexico where I smoked my last cig when I got out of the plane in Chihuahua.

Help to quit smoking
My nan has been hospitalised again due to
smoking
having
quit
at Xmas but starting to have the odd one. She has no option but to quit completely and without the use of a vape as that can trigger the COPD. Would love to know what’s worked for other people. Thanks

One Year Today!
I sure never thought I would have a love for food until I
quit
smoking
lol Anyway, hopefully my urge to smoke will go away in the next few months... maybe it's due to stress or something. Either way I'm so glad I'm smoke free! Love ya'll :)

Hi everyone, I am 51 year old female who
quit
smoking
at 39. I thought I would feel better after quitting but did not. I started having breathing issues then and have had them since. Doctors think I have some type of restrictive airways disease and small airways disease.

I

weed almost 3 weeks ago, I stopped eating terrible food i.e refined sugars and processed foods ala ice cream, soda, chips etc. but have cheated up until the last few days as I kept learning about the long term damaging effects of 'bad food' (I've always had a terrible palette and am extremely
