Hard time sleeping
I played some night time

NEW GUY!
I have taken up some
meditation
time in the past few months, it feels great when I make my self do it. Focused on exercise and my golf game also. Just trying to deflect triggers and urges and stay sober!

Sleeping how do you fare ..?
night I also have pillow speakers and a bedside Oasis unit which plays nature sounds I also take Boots Sleepeaze but you are not advised to take it more than 2 weeks it’s the same as Nytol I don’t like the idea of prescribed sleeping pills as the side affects are too sever I have tried a 5 minute

I believe it's possible for my body to heal itself with prayer, faith, food, exercise, mindfulness

Sleep??? What’s that??
Sometime I put the guided sleep
meditation
on again or I put an 8 hr one on when I go to bed. I also try my breathing exercises/

. I hate mornings because my depression and anxiety is much worse because lack of sleep.

She started daily
meditation
practice (TM) about a year ago and has recently added in the HearthMath practice for calming HR and has just sent me an ECG showing that she has managed to reduce her resting HR from 100 ish to 80 without the use of any drugs (she is very against them) other than anticoagulant
