I feel electric flow throughout my body

I feel some electrical effect throughout my body. Some wawes are very strong. It disturbs my

too. When I discuss with some people they say just ignore and go ahead. I also expect some solutions.

I am LPJG. I suffered from excruciating knee pain and I am managing the pain through diet and exercise.
I was a very active lifestyle influencer as I like healthy cooking, exercising,

The little things
I restarted
meditation
, took longer baths, developed a new facial routine and allowed myself just to be still in the present, no blame for the past. I sat out on the sun when I wasn't at work and take lunch breaks rather than eating at my desk.

Introduction
Since the lockdown I’ve felt very low and depressed ( something I was battling before and was on medication in conjunction with all the other generic medicines given to treat fibro) but I’m drugs free now and I’m doing/discovering things like yoga,
