I am trying some mindfulness and tai chi throughout the week.
I've been doing forms of meditation for years now and recommend.
Trying to do both. Extremely inflexible and struggle to concentrate. So both of them is quite a challenge for me but I am doing my best 😁
Did ashtanga for years! So sad I can't do downward dog anymore
Can't bend my wrists. Do meditate though.
Hi Shalf I practice Ashtanga too, had to stop for 7 months until I started biological injections, now I’m back to full practice, but I know how hard it is when we can’t weight bear x
