Am I the only one on the planet or do others also experience occasional pain in heart for a second, centre of chest with ecotpics ?

Hi, notice that when I'm stressed, anxious, I get gas bubbles that form in my esophagus and experience indigestion.

I notice that this irritates my vagus nerve as it is in the esophagus and that controls the heart's rhythm, so I'll get an ectopic (either a skipped or extra beat)

Sometimes I'll get a few PVCs in a row if I'm very anxious or stresses.

I've taken care of my anxiety/stress disorder with exercise, diet, meditation, aroma therapy, music, visualization and just being mindful.

However I do get anxious from time to time and when I am I get more ectopics than when I'm totally relaxed. I noticed though that sometimes I get ectopics with a pain in the middle of my chest. I guess this could be caused by the gas bubbles, irritation the vagus nerve or just from anxiety as it causes your body to tense up, including your heart's muscle around it.

Anyone ever experience pain in centre of chest for a second with the ectopic occassionally? I have no other symptoms. I can workout, not get tired, no swelling in my limbs, no lightheadedness. Just been anxious, stress a lot lately until recently and now I'm getting back to normal.

Thanks

I get odd pains in the chest, usually connected to wind in the stomach. I have read that burping can come from the esophagus or from the stomach. I try to burp from the esophagus after eating or drinking to relieve the pressure before the air gets into the stomach, sometimes I get a bigger belch which presumably comes from the stomach.

I don't get pain before a pvc (I sometimes get thousands a day) but, if it is a single pvc, I can often feel it coming. Sometimes I don't feel it coming and the pvc is followed in a second by a gurgle in my bowels so I assume the pvc is caused by air moving in the bowels.

I can't understand why this is not researched, it is so common and causes so much anxiety. I am sure someone could come up with exercises and advice to relieve the pressure and prevent swallowing of air. I have my own methods but they do not always work. I would happily volunteer as a guinea pig.

Hello, I get a very sharp painful PVC/PAC sometimes and it really makes me stop in my tracks. EP said not to worry!!! When very stressed I get quite painful single PVC/PAC too. Have you researched Roemheld Syndrome???
