I’m 6 days cold turkey and have basically changed everything..no coffee/alcohol... no smoke break at work/im a nurse...been meditating and deep breathing on break/80% organic vegetables.. jogging/walking after work.70 minutes... 1st day without anxiety.. (which was making me short of breath...1st day without doubling my bp med. I’m intending to get off meditation in the next several weeks.. the anxiety was quite intense..the running brings me endorphins/peace...
