Painting is therapy

One of my first loves, painting! Meditation is great for the mind, body and soul, it can be used in different forms like yoga, cooking, music even just breathing. Painting & drawing are one of my ways of meditating & therapeutic. It’s helped to give me focus, enjoyment and a little bit of me time 💜. I’m happy that I have had an opportunity to start my painting again & continue it. Something I lost focus of due to having a busy lifestyle. Is there something you might want to indulge back in to give you some positivity and happiness? Just go ahead and do it 🦋.
