Some people are more sensitive to electricity/EMFs than others and it can cause the problems you are experiencing.
Try Earthing yourself for half-an-hour before you go to bed. Just stand or sit with your bare feet touching the Earth (grass, sand, concrete, etc) while you enjoy a drink.
Did you find that you fell asleep quickly and woke up feeling refreshed? That was the first thing I noticed when I started.

You can also make Earthing yourself outside a bit more comfortable by wearing "silver socks". The ones I use are made by Carnation and are sold by Cuxon Gerrard online for £12 for two pairs. There are other makes (often much more expensive) but I find that these are the best because every fibre is coated in silver and silver is best for conducting electricity so you are earthed if you wear them and stand on the grass etc. Much better in the winter! They also help with circulation and other foot problems too as they are anti-microbial.
