The doctors are stumped, so I thought I would ask for help from this amazing community. I have endometriosis and PCOS (diagnosed 4 years ago) which I have been managing using some of the amazing tips on here, but over the last 2 years I have been steadily becoming more tired. I did the usual things like yoga, baths, relaxation meditation etc. But I started to get the shakes, muscle pain and exhaustion when I went up the stairs or went for a jog (I was a runner at the time). Fast forward to now and my muscles hurt constantly in all my limbs, particularly in the morning and evenings, and some days I can't go up the stairs by myself. If I exert myself my muscles tremble and I feel sick.
All my blood results are normal, and doctors are at the stage of offering me nerve blockers and telling me to go away. I'm wondering if it's Endo related, and hoped someone in here might have an answer, any help would be appreciated!
Thanks ladies xxx

That really sucks! I was searching for someone in the U.K. that does the DUTCH test, you have to go private, so quite expensive but I think they’re worth it to figure out what’s going on, they don’t do them on the NHS I’m told.
The test identifies where your hormones are at and then you can get a programme set up designed around your individual needs to regulate them, my pain was so bad I had the Prostap injection and then found a lady in the U.K. that does them, but I’ll have to wait until I’m off the injections now. Her insta is instagram.com/nikkihillapot...
Suffering this month but I’m told my next injection will really help with the pain.
I hope you get the help you need, whatever you decide 😊
Thank you, me too. Definitely look into the test, personally I think it’s worth the investment, especially if they can get to the root of the problem. Good luck 😉
