Fear of the unknown.
I spend most of my day curled up with a hot water bottle (even in this hot weather) on the sofa, fan going, taking numerous pain killers & listening to
meditation
videos on Youtube. Can anyone relate to this or am I just paranoid or maybe just mad?

Can this be anxiety
I have dealt with it with
meditation
, EFT and alot of praying. A few years ago lorazepam 1 mg was prescribed to help me sleep I only take it at night. I had some bad news recently last year March 2023 I learned I had an aorta aneurysm it runs in my family so I knew to monitor.

WIM HOF help with Parkinsons
My favorite one stressed
meditation
and retired after the 3rd time I saw her. I couldn’t meditate with all the coaching and apps I tried until Wim Hof breathing. It’s so incredibly simple but effective.

Duloxetine - cold turkey and afterwards?
I aim to restart my yoga &
meditation
practices & am trying to get help to clear a dedicated space in the house for this, but are there any other therapies, or natural foods or supplements you have found that have helped you live with our, up until now, incurable illness?

Diagnosis of Pudendal Neuralgia - 43, Female, Asia
In the long run, I hope to be able to get off medicines and shift to physio, yoga,
meditation
to manage the pain. I am wondering if any of you with a sudden onset of PN due to an infection have had an instance of the PN disappearing as quickly as it came?

I have a few questions: what kind of
meditation
do you recommend? What kind of research did you do? ( example to understand your child’s needs etc) What kind of system or schedule do you use for your child/children? What types of therapies did you put your child:children in?

Mostly the remedy is
meditation
. In this segment I think I could have given a talk on the subject and done better than the speaker; I first got involved with
meditation

tips on health related ptsd?
And I was working hard on improving my health - exercise, diet, low stress environment,
meditation
. A year later (now), I got a HPV positive with low grade dyskariosis from my cervical smear test and find myself struggling to deal with this emotionally.

My boy
I have my bad days but
meditation
🧘♂️ helps. It's grounded me more and I can cope better. I got a diagnosis of depression but I know by the symptoms before seeing the doctor I had PTSD after years of abuse. I'm dealing. The dog keeps me busy. Friday tomorrow my favourite day.

New Brainwave Entrainment File: 250hz pulsed at 40hz Isochronic.mp3
I have read that listening to Gamma waves can get your brain to a meditative state, and that
meditation
may be good for for PD.
Does it help? I don't know.

I need some words of encouragement so please reply if you are willing.
Breathing,
meditation
, humor, talking logic to my unrational self, volunteering after isolating for 6 years. And other things. These tools that I was using I know helped me but in the last week and a half I have realized that slowly I have let go one by one all of those tools that were helping me.

You are not alone.
Meditation
, breathing exercises. Medication, in the right doses. Your mind is the strongest and most complex part of your body, it’s ok if you don’t feel ok, it happens to more people than we realise and Even if they don’t admit it.
