As my bio states, I am doing a PhD in Texas (in Experimental Psychology in Neuroscience). I was diagnosed with anxiety maybe oct 2021 and then again oct 2022 with which I was taking hydroxyzine with propranolol added maybe may 2023.
I have done mindfulness meditation for anxiety and it helps a tiny bit.
I have a college counselor who I have had problems with. My last session with her was OK.
I believe my anxiety really started June 2020 with a mental health situation in which I was messaging people related to my schizophrenia. And people were really unhappy with me. I had anxiety emailing. I also have anxiety working because I wasn't working for a while due to mental health and have to work as a teaching assistant (TA) and learn how to interact with the students so I can assist them.
I just need something more/extra to help with the anxiety. Hoping to try social support like groups, forums, chats to help with my anxiety.
