Help please - any advice would be appreciated!
I'm 23 and had the laparoscopy 2 years ago to remove to remove the endo. It was slightly less painful afterwards but now it's back with a vengeance. I've been to my gp numerous times and all he does is give me a different kind of painkiller, tramadol, co-codamol, naproxen and it just doesn't seem to

Newly diagnosed
Hi all sounds like I'm in for a difficult time, newly diagnosed and so far only my hands and arms up to shoulders are affected. I started with carpel tunnel syndrome, within a month my wrists and fingers stated swelling, this reduced the pain in my fingers, but it has travelled to shoulders, turning

Other pains returning.
Rather depressing after feeling so "well" and energetic over last few weeks to find some of my old pains coming back as I taper my Pred. I am down to 17.5mgs at the moment and none of the bi-lateral pains have returned however having much pain from my arthritic neck. Have had to crack open the French

Hi this is my first post but I have read many of yours and really appreciate the wealth of information that's shared through this forum. Pelvic pain worse after hysterectomy
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone is able to give me some advice........... I had the mirena coil ius fitted in 2012 and had nothing but pelvic pain since. I had the coil removed 6 months after it was fitted due to coil located close to my cervix. I was told that I had an infection in my pelvis and was prescribed

I had surgery yesterday
Thought I'd let you guys know how my surgery went yesterday, just in case anyone was interested! So first surprise was that it was only Stage 1 endo, my surgeon suspected it was deep and infiltrating so bit of a shock, but I guess I nice shock. Although it does make me feel a bit bad that maybe I've

Our Deadly Diabetes Deception
Here is one nice article .. http://www.healingmatters.com/deception.htm it says... Repair the faulty blood sugar control system. This is done simply by substituting clean healthy beneficial fats and oils in the diet for the pristine looking but toxic trans-isomer mix found in attractive plastic containers

Hip pain
I'm getting left hip pain at the moment with the same pain then down the left shin going in to my ankle from my knee. But no pain between hip and knee. The pain is intense and have taken Co-codamol but although it eases it for about an hour it doesn't go. This is now day 4! What stronger pain killers

Relationships & endo
With my boyfriend and myself apart for three weeks due to holidays, o find myself lost without my usual support system. I'm beginning to worry that I'm maybe relying on my SO too much and my brain has gone into overdrive about it. I've been a horrible person this week. I'm fighting through the worst

Question Time.....Again (Sorry) T4, Myxedema and the rest!
Hello wonderful people of HU, I am sorry to yet again be posting another search for info, I hope one day to be a contributor but alas, I am still feeling very unwell. I've tried to speak to my doctor about all this and the line is usually - eat less/exercise more as its all down to my recent weight

This is the worst I have been in 4 years. I feel like I am at that point I just want to give up.
I don't know quite were to start. I appoligise for my spelling and grammar as my brain just isn't functioning correctly at the moment. After a gym injury 4 years ago to the chest causing tightness and stabbing ( torn cartalidge and bruised ribs ) I've had severe anxiety and it's pretty much come to

Keratosis Pilaris getting worse
Hi, I've always suffered from Keratosis Pilaris on the tops of my arms and thighs which hasn't particularly bothered me much, but now aged 26, it's suddenly gotten much worse. My entire legs are covered in ugly red spots which have now spread to the backs of my thighs and even my bottom! Rather embarrassing
