Methotrexate
I have been off methotrexate for two weeks as it did not agree with me and struggling with painful joints. Today I am face down on the bed Now I have to work at it how to get up as my daughter would like to go to the park. I am not sure if to take some co-codamol with ibuprofen every bone is sore,

Does anyone else remember this?
I was taking my daily fish oil capsule this morning when my husband mentioned that his cousin actually used to chew hers when they were given them daily as children. That suddenly brought back memories of National Dried Milk and Welfare orange juice and cod liver oil. Can any older carers, or indeed

SO MUCH BETTER!!
Hi everyone, Over the last 2 months I have cut out all biscuits, cookies and crisps and the desired result is that I have lost 4 kgs or roughly 8 lbs of weight! I am also more careful about wine (I have the odd glass), caffeine and chocolate and the result is I am more tired in the evening and sleep

Newly diagnosed NAFLD
Hello, Iām newly diagnosed with NAFLD and am a little concerned that I may have caused this myself through taking co-codamol on a regular basis for quite a few years through having a slipped disc. All my tests point to this being very mild.Evidently my fibroscan and NAFLD fibrosis score were very reassuring

DIY seems to be the only way to go with this.
Well did enjoy my 2-day respite, but now I am paying the piper. Just when I thought my 12mg daily Pred was going to do the trick, I get unexpected pains in my right ankle which seem to radiate up as far as my hip. A few sleepless nights and morning doses of co-codamol on top of my Pred ( hopefully )

Scoliosis and Osteopathy
Has anyone had success in being āstraightened upā by osteopathy? The scoliosis was caused by my third spinal fusion three years ago. After two treatments, am certainly straighter but the pain is really awful. Is it normal to feel great for two days after treatment, and the dreadful pain kicking in for
